Cafe Discosita Logo
2026
As a lover of coffee and disco music, I was happy to redesign the logo for an upcoming business named Cafe Discosita. Cafe Discosita is based on the nostalgia of being raised in a Mexican household and being introduced to caffeine at a young age. It represents “ more than just a drink-It’s a love language”. For the redesigned logo, I decided to focus on the brand’s values of appreciation and delight. I offered to create marketing materials such as buttons and loyalty cards to help the business receive more exposure.
Mosh For Youth Label
2024
I had the privilege of designing the beer label for Mosh for Youth’s October 2024 event. Mosh for Youth is a non-profit organization that raises scholarship funds for low-income families through hardcore music festivals. The label’s design drew inspiration from the Day of the Dead, with influences from Frida Kahlo and the Misfits logo. I incorporated six butterflies to symbolize the sixth anniversary of the event and to reflect the organization's mission, helping their audience connect with the team's core values. HORROR ILLUSTRATIONS
2022
The works consist of iconic characters from horror films and elements to portray their background. The project’s objective is to give my audience an insight into why they are feared or loved by viewers. The design will include their story, personality, choice of weapon, and a quote. Each layout will focus primarily on the illustration as the composition changes. The color palette will be brighter in order to set an approachable tone for my audience. As a fanatic of horror films, I am happy to combine my skills and interests.
30 DAYS OF TYPE
2022
I joined the 30 Day Project Society hosted by Cheryl Savala in which many artists support each other’s work in a welcoming community. Each artist had the creative freedom to establish their own project and consistently build new artwork every day for 30 days. As a fanatic of 90’s cartoon shows and movies, I decided to illustrate the alphabet as characters. My aspiration was to expand my skills into hand-lettering.
A IZVI CREATIONS
2023
I redesigned the logo for the small business, A IZVI Creations, and redirected the style towards a combination of Pop Art and vintage horror. The illustration is based on the appearance of the two shop owners using their preferred color palette. For the wordmark, I wanted to apply a friendly approach by placing dots inside the text. Additionally, I suggested creating a design for their business cards and a banner for their vendor events.

ORIGNAL PROP DESIGN

My goal was to develop an authentic prop intended to compliment the setting of the scene of the movie. I began the project by observing the characters and evaluating the environment to identify the mood. The final product was a double-sided table tent with a personalized logo. I experimented with typography and illustrated the graphics and borders along with a list of imaginary prices.
