My name is Cindy A. Ramirez, and I’m a graphic designer and illustrator based in Ontario, CA (not Canada—unfortunately!). I specialize in storytelling by helping businesses express their purpose and ideals through detailed design. I earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts from Cal State Fullerton and currently work as a freelance designer, creating everything from logos and print materials to social media content.
As a designer, I  am fascinated by new challenges that will push me beyond my comfort zone. I’m always eager to learn, grow, and gain confidence in my craft. Throughout my experiences,  I have enjoyed connecting with creatives in different fields and am curious to understand their process. While I enjoy working independently, I also value the collaboration and energy that comes with teamwork.
When I’m not behind a computer screen, you’ll likely find me promoting my art business, Bitch, I Am Art, at local conventions.  As a fanatic of Halloween and horror movies , my designs are based on popular characters and icons.  I love making humorous and entertaining greeting cards with a reference to the specific film for any occasion. Many movies are well known for their iconic scenes with famous quotes such as “Here’s Johnny” and “Do you like scary movies?”. For my cards, I like to write my own wordplay and stay clear of using direct phrases in order to  make it more personable .  My approach is inspired by a combination of the 1920s Rubber Hose style and Pop Art.
Feel free to reach out for commissions or tell me good jokes!
